Our farm produces two different lines of Rainbow Trout, both raised to natural standards.
Our NATURAL line is a white trout (no color added to the feed) certified to IMO Swiss AG standards. This is the type of Rainbow Trout most found in the American market
Our PATAGONIA line has color added to the feed, to match the color of wild rainbow trout found in Patagonia Rivers and Lakes

The combination between Lake Alicura’s rapidly moving waters, ideal temperatures and low densitiy aquaculture create an optimal environment for raising natural rainbow trout.
